Meet the Microbes at Sindhuli

This past year has been hard for everyone due to the COVID19 pandemic… But finally schools in Nepal are open and we are ready to start our Meet the Microbes program funded by the Society for Applied Microbiology. Pipal Bhanjyang Secondary School in Sindhuli was our first stop! We learned that microbes can be useful: iron supplements can be made by using microalgae!, but also dangerous: it is important to wash our hands often to keep bacteria like E.Coli away! Thanks to everyone that made this possible!
