Donna Hanley is a primary teacher and Primary STEM Development Officer in Midlothian, Scotland. She has a degree in education (BEd) and a Masters degree (MSc) in Learning for Sustainability. She is also a Google certified educator. The aim of Donna Hanley’s role as a Primary STEM Development Officer is to empower primary school practitioners with the confidence, skills, and networks to develop and deliver engaging and motivating STEM learning experiences. Her passion for promoting Science and outdoor learning led her to win the WWF’s Green Ambassadors teacher of the year award for Scotland in 2018. She is currently involved in the
Connecting the Climate Challenge project with Engage Nepal with Science and supports both Scottish and Nepalese schools in their STEM journeys.
