Sonia is a sociologist and anthropologist specialised in learning and empowerment processes. Trained in communication, mediation, community participation and citizenship, with extensive experience in educational, social and community projects in Barcelona (Spain). She is currently working on gamification techniques, leading our gamification workshops in educational institutions throughout Nepal and designing our new line of work in coaching and female empowerment in rural areas of Nepal.
